Application guides:

1.Application method: Brush coating, dip coating or air spraying.

2.Application instructions:

-Coating equipment should be kept clean, dry and non-pollution, not mixed with oil, debris, organic solvents, paint blocks etc. 

– Before painting, the paint should be mixed evenly. if the viscosity is too high, proper amount of water can be added. It should be added while stirring to ensure the uniform paint.  

– After painting, the workpiece should be flash steamed for 3-5 min before baking.

-The baking temperature should be controlled in 120-150℃, and the baking time should be controlled in more than 20 min.

-It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings and organic solvents.

-Please remember cover the unused paint and keep it tightly.

1. Product can be stored in ventilated, cool, dry place, prevent rain and direct sunlight;

2. The storage period of the product is 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it can still be used after passing the inspection .
