1. Color and appearance of the paint film–Compliant with the standard board and its color difference range, flat and smooth
2. Drying schedule (standard thickness of each layer of paint, 25℃) (h) (≤)–Touch dry: 1; hard dry: 48; to cure: 7d
3. Fineness (μm) (≤)–20
4. Gloss (≥)–90
5. Pencil hardness (≤)–HB
6. Cross-cut test (level) (≤)–1
7. Cupping test (mm) (≥)–4
8. Bending test (mm) (≤)–2

1. Supporting products: BN50 hardener, X-100 polyurethane paint thinner, polyurethane or epoxy antirust paint and polyurethane intermediate coat
2. Mixing ratio: weight ratio:
Base: hardener: thinner = 5:1:a proper amount
Ratio and viscosity of the paint can be properly adjusted in accordance with the actual conditions
3. Application method: air spraying (air pressure: 0.4~0.5Mpa, or 4~5kg/cm2)
4. Application instructions: Mix the base and the hardener in accordance with the specified ratio. Mix the paint of the proper amount thoroughly. Apply thinner if necessary. Sit the mixture for five to ten minutes, filter it with 200# mesh as much as possible and use it up within eight hours. During application, keep the application site clean and dry and keep the paint from water, acids, alkalis and alcohols. After paint mixing, the hardener bucket must be firmly covered to avoid gelatinization. After the first layer of paint is sprayed, wait till it is dry, remove oil, dust and other dirt on it, make sure there are no acids, alkalis or water on it and grind the polyurethane finish cured for a long time with abrasive paper before spraying the next layer of paint. The substrate should have a temperature more than 3℃ higher than the dew point and a relative humidity lower than 85%. Do not apply the paint when the substrate temperature is below 5℃. It is suggested to spray two layers (wet-on-wet) and make the dry paint film thickness of each layer 50μm to 60μm, the theoretical coverage of each square meters on each layer about 0.1 kg to 0.15kg and the maximum application duration (at 25℃) 8h.
