1. Supporting products:  epoxy paint thinner, 2# epoxy primer hardener, supporting epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint and epoxy paint or polyurethane paint finish

2. Mixing ratio: weight ratio:

Base: hardener: thinner = 5:1:0~1.5

Ratio and viscosity of the paint can be properly adjusted according to the actual application conditions.

3. Application methods: Air spraying (or airless spraying) or brushing

4. Application instructions: Make sure there is no water, dust or oil on the steel surface and  conduct sand blasting (shot blasting) for the steel surface till the Sa2.5 level and a surface roughness of 30μm to 70μm. The substrate should have a temperature more than 3℃ higher than the dew point and a relative humidity lower than 80%. Do not apply the paint when the substrate temperature is below 5℃. If the substrate temperature is below 15℃, curing will be slow. It is suggested to spray or brush two layers with an interval of one to seven days and make the dry paint film thickness of each layer 30μm  to 40μm, the theoretical coverage of each square meters on each layer 0.13 kg to 0.18kg and the maximum application duration (at 25℃) 8h. Thoroughly mix the two ingredients according to the mixing ratio and make the paint cure for about 30 minutes before application. Apply thinner if necessary.

1. Use the matching thinner and thoroughly mix the mixture.

2. Prepare the painted object as required.

3. Wear labor protection articles and keep the application sites well ventilated.

4. Store the product in a cool and well-ventilated warehouse.

5. Avoid mixing of the product with other products as much as possible.

6. Users can determine the temperatures and durations of baking according to their actual conditions.
