Acrylate paint: hardener: thinner = 1: 0.2~0.3: 0.6~1.0
Alcohol acid paint: hardener: thinner = 1: 0.15~0.2: 0.6~1.0
Ratio and viscosity of the paint can be properly adjusted according to the actual conditions.
3. Application method: spraying (air compressor pressure: 0.2～0.4Mpa)
4. Application instructions: Remove oil, stains, rust and water on each target work piece. Do not use the air compressor or filter until the water flowing out of it is clear, so as to avoid pinholes on the film. Mix the paint of the proper amount thoroughly and spray it five to ten minutes later. Use it up as soon as possible (within six hours at most) to avoid a waste because of gelatinizing.
