1. Application temperature: 0℃～40℃
If the temperature is too high or low, do not apply the paint.
2. Remove all oil stains, dust and rust on the target surface and dry the surface.
3. Before spraying a special vehicle, spray the iron oxide red or red lead primer of Zhuo Hao brand on its surface and spray a paint (of a color) for special vehicle 24 hours later.
4. Dilute it to 20 S to 25 S (TU -4# cup 25℃) with the provided thinner and spray for two layers (thickness of each layer: 25～30µm; dry paint film thickness of each year: 20～25µm) with a downdraft spray gun of 1.8 mm to 2.1 mm in diameter, a spraying pressure of 4 Kg to 5 Kg and a spraying spacing of 20 cm to 30 cm.
5. Thoroughly mix the paint and spray it with the wet-on-wet method within 40 to 120 minutes and with the wet-on-dry method 24 hours later.
6. Apply a little thinner on surface of the left paint to avoid skinning.
7. The product has a density of 1.15 g/ml to 1.35 g/ml.
8. Recommended coverage: 150-180 g/layer.m2 for a steel surface; dry paint film thickness: about 25-30µm; paint: thinner = 1: 0.25 ~ 0.4
