1. Mixing ratio — Glossy transparent paint Base: hardener: thinner = 1: 0.8: 0.5 (w/w)
Matt transparent paint Base: hardener: thinner = 1: 0.6: 0.8 (w/w)
2. Theoretical coverage– 0.1-0.12 kg/m2·layer
3. Touch dry — 0.5h (25±2℃)
4. Tack-free dry– 4h (25±2℃)
5. Hard dry– 24h (25±2℃)
6. Maximum application duration — 4h
7. Internal between two times of spraying or brushing– ≥12h
8. Layers of spraying or brushing — 2 ~ 3
9. Application method– air spraying or brushing
10. Thinner — YX1# polyurethane paint thinner.
1. Before paint mixing, all the appliances and tools should be dry and have no oil stains, paint blocks or other foreign matters.
2. Before spraying, remove all dirt such as oil stains, water and dust on the substrate surface.
3. Before air spraying, drain the water in the air compressor and the oil in the oil-water separator thoroughly to keep the air clean.
4. Containers must be kept tightly closed when not used.
5. After application, clean all the tools with a thinner to avoid damage.
